The following material is presented to the existing membership of Park Hill Baptist Church
(PHBC) as they consider an update to the 1978 version of the Constitution and Bylaws.
This revision was conducted by a team of people selected from among the active Deacons of
PHBC. The process begun under the Interim Minister, John McCallum, was completed under the
guidance of Senior Pastor, Ryan Laden on March 16, 2025. On that date, the active Deacons of
PHBC voted unanimously to recommend these revisions to the active members of PHBC for
approval on May 7, 2025.
Included below are links to three documents needed to make this change possible:
